Below are statements from Texas Tech head coach Kliff Kingsbury and freshman quarterback Alan Bowman.
“Alan Bowman was released from Covenant Medical Center earlier this afternoon and will rejoin our team activities tomorrow. We are thankful for the quality of medical care he was provided by our team doctors as well as Grant Stovall, Drew Krueger and the staff at Covenant. We expect Alan to rejoin us on the field soon.” – Kliff Kingsbury
“I’m thankful for the outpouring of support my family and I have received the past few days. I can’t thank my teammates and our coaching staff enough for their encouragement, and I look forward to rejoining them tomorrow as we continue to pursue our goals for this season.
